The focus of REAS 2007 is estimating the quality of actions for promoting or enhancing human development, and on the multiple interactions of human development with issues related, but not limited, to: discourse, policy, communities, economy, environment, communication, culture, human rights, (in)equality, education, work, health, science, technology, globalisation & regionalisation, specific regional issues.
